1 Description of Clothes
1.1 All items are brand new unless otherwise stated;
1.2 Goods are not returnable, refundable and/or exchangeable;
1.3 All items are guaranteed to be in perfect condition before delivery;
1.4 Colours of actual items may differ slightly due to monitor settings or lighting of photography;
1.5 Accessories are not sold with the clothes unless otherwise stated;

2 Payment
2.1 We operate on a first come first served basis, priority will be given to customers who can make the fastest payment;
2.2 Item can only be reserved for a maximum of 24hours before being released again to other customers;
2.3 Inquiry does not amount to reservation, reservation has to be specifically requested;
2.4 Backouts are prohibited, customers who do so will be blacklisted;
2.5 For bank transfer, delivery would only be made after our confirmation of the receipt of payment;

3 Postage
3.1 We will email the tracking number of the Delivered Item to the customer;
3.2 We will not be liable for any unforeseen loss or damages of the Delivered Item during delivery;
3.3 We will not be liable for any delay of the Delivered Item;
3.4 The cost of PosExpress delivery varies due to the weight and size of the item;
3.5 We will notify the PosExpress cost variation via email;

4 Prices
4.1 Price stated in
Singapore Dollars (SGD) is inclusive of postage charges;
4.2 Price stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) is non-inclusive of postage charges;
4.3 Prices are non-negotiable;

5 Verification of bank slip
5.1 Provide us a clearsnap shot of the bank deposit slip via email;
5.2 Keep your receipt until we verify your payment;
5.3 We do not accept scanned bank deposit slips;

6 Backorders / Restock
6.1 Inquire via email for back-orders;
6.2 Advanced payment would be required; and
6.3 We will refund should the item fails to be restocked;

7 Singapore customers
7.1 Singapore customers will have to confirm purchase before every weekly Thursday;
7.2 Currently we only arrange weekly delivery to Singapore;
7.3 We will post to our Singapore customers with SingPost every weekly Sunday/Monday;
7.4 If confirmation is after the weekly Thursday, it would only be delivered the following Sunday/Monday; and
7.4 Delivery to Singapore is subject to unforeseen last minute changes.
